During this class series you will learn to create natural watercolors from plants, flowers, minerals and botanicals associated with each power center. Each class will be 90 minutes and also include a focus on meridian points, energetic properties, and sound harmonization through musical notes.

1) Root: Grounding and stability, 2) Sacral: Creativity and power, 3) Solar Plexus: Power and confidence, 4) Heart: Love and compassion, 5) Throat: Communication and expression, 6) Third eye: Intuition and insight 7) Crown: Enlightenment and spiritual connection

Participants who complete all 7 classes will receive a certificate of completion

We ask for all participants to arrive 15 minutes early with a prompt 1:00 pm start.
