New Ladies 8 week Strength course starting Monday 21st July.

Classes will focus on exercises that target various muscle groups using free weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises.

The goal is to help women build lean muscle, increase metabolism and improve physical health and strength with an emphasis on proper form and technique.
