In this 90 minute workshop, Branis will guide partners through a series of yoga based postures focusing on deep stretches along the body's energy lines & pressure points. The result is relief of tense muscles, improved circulation, a boosted immune system, and overall wellbeing.
Everyone Is encouraged to bring a partner (lover, friend, family member) but are welcome to come solo!
