We’ll start with a gentle yoga class to help you stretch, unwind, and take a little time for yourself. It’s slow, supportive, and perfect for all levels—whether you’re a regular or just getting back on the mat.
After class, hang out and enjoy our flower bar, where you can build your own bouquet to take home (or gift!). We’ll also have light breakfast snacks and drinks to sip on while you connect, chat, and just enjoy the morning.
