- Complete 2 online precourse classes and tests
- Please print the completion record
- Links provided after registration
- Complete in water swim test on the first day of class
- Swim 300 yards, no backstroke or butterfly
- Tread water for 2 minutes without using your arms
- Retrieve and return a 10-pound brick from 20 yards away
