To participate in the Open Level Class, all new students must first attend this Foundation Class.

Where Afro-Cuban Rhythm Meets Contemporary Expression
A joyful movement fusion exploring Afro-Cuban rhythm, contemporary choreography, and embodied expression. This workshop invites dancers to move between tradition and modern form through phrase-based exploration, rhythmic footwork, expressive gesture, and somatic awareness.
Between Rhythm & Release is
offered as a two-part workshop series, allowing
participants to deepen their experience over time.

Each session may be taken individually, or participants may choose to attend both sessions for a more immersive experience.
