Jenn Ragland (TCM and Yin approach), Dr. Olga Dadalko (recent findings in biomedical research), and Tara Lavelle (nutritionist and dietitian specializing in peri and menopause) join together to share a simple yet effective framework on how to use food, movement, and yoga to keep optimal physical and mental health. The discussion will be followed by a short practice for each part so that the participants leave with tools they can implement in their day to day. At the end, we'll all enjoy a Yin Yoga practice and Restorative Savasana.
