Inversions are mood boosting postures.
Having a bad day, go upside down. Didn’t sleep
enough, go upside down. Your kids are being naughty, go upside
down.
I'd like to help you go upside down safely in
headstand (sirsasana) and forearm stand (pincha mayurasana). I will
help you set up the best foundation for both of these postures and
share drills and exercises to help you graduate from the wall into
the middle of class.
These are such fun postures to do that it’s so
worth overcoming your fears of the “what ifs” and feel empowered to
say “I’ve got this.”
