For optimal physical and mental health we must attune to our fluctuating essence and work with our brilliant nature. In this mini-retreat, we will combine time-proven Chinese Medicine wisdom and current biomedical research on female physiology to share a simple yet effective framework on how to use food, movement, and yoga to keep optimal health and wellness well into our wise years. The discussion will be followed by Yin Yoga practice and Restorative Savasana.

Join Anna (RYT-500) to examine Hot 26 in depth: the postures, the breath, and the therapeutic potential of both. ***The room will be chilled to the comfortable mid 80s. Standing postures will be covered on Saturday. Floor series will be covered on Sunday. Bring your journal and your questions!
Anna will show how every posture may be done depending on your anatomy (and your injuries, if any). You will tailor the poses to your unique needs, so your practice is safe and very effective. You will work on modifications for the most common injuries, AND explore the ways to advance your poses.
For new yogis and seasoned practitioners alike, this workshop will be excellent resource to take their Hot 26 practice to the next level.
