School is stressful. This program will help empower your child with Improved Focus, Emotional Regulation, Relaxation, Stress Management, and Self Love.
Through the practice of yoga, children can improve their flexibility, strength, and coordination while specifically taught mindfulness techniques will teach them to be present in the moment, foster a sense of calm.
Coaching will include a variety of topics including, compassion, kindness, gratitude, success & failure, self esteem, confidence, belonging, and self love.
By incorporating these practices into their lives, children can cultivate habits that promote overall well-being and resilience as they grow and navigate the world around them.
