New Sensual Bachata Training Group

Sensual Team Training group is a non-performing team focused on social dancing skills. Students interested in advancing their Sensual Bachata vocabulary and skills in depth will benefit from longitudinal training facilitated by instructors in a group setting for 6 months. Students gain a lot of value in the longevity and continuous development of dance technique through this group. We recommend intermediate dancers with at least 6-12months of dancing to join this group. The instructors will be assessing students on the first day and admitting students based on skill level and lead/follow ratio.


Audition will also be an information session to answer any question.

Team Structure:

• 6 months+ commitment

• Weekly training classes (1-2 hours)

• Weekly team practices (1-2 hours)

• Choreography-focused with additional dance training

• Ultimate goal: performing one or two choreographies at the end of each season

• Participation in team activities, social gatherings, outings, festival travels, and volunteering at studio events

• Extra-curricular guest workshop requirements (minimum 4 hours per season)

• Final performance roster subject to assessment from the director

• Training instead of performing on teams is possible with director approval

• Monthly team fees do not include additional costs such as costume, shoes, festival passes, and extra training

• Limited scholarships available; inquire with the team director during auditions
