We’re excited to introduce an upcoming Breath Work Workshop focused on learning how the breath directly affects the body and nervous system, how to use it in real life and what to expect from breath work. In this workshop, we’ll cover how breathing patterns influence physiology, simple breath practices you can use while sitting, standing, or moving and why breath work does not need to be long, complicated, or “perfect” to be effective. This workshop is practical, accessible, and grounded. No need for special conditions or extra time in your day just learning how to work with a system you already have. Whether you’re new to breath work or have heard about it before and felt overwhelmed by it, this is an opportunity to understand it in a clear, usable way.
