Melissa is a former VP, figure skater, and race car driver who took up yoga in 2012 as a way to manage stress and regain flexibility. Yoga delivered! As a teacher, she helps students practice modification-forward asana, pranayama, and guided meditation. An advocate of “yoga for your life,” she honors yoga history while offering a modern, western world perspective on techniques students apply to everyday life.
