This special 75-minute class begins with gentle movement to release tension and prepare the body for stillness, followed by a guided Yoga Nidra meditation — “yogic sleep” — to invite deep physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. As you settle into rest, you’ll be bathed in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, designed to calm the nervous system, balance energy, and nurture inner peace.

In this delicious class, the student holds supported poses in a very comfortable position with the use of props such as blankets, bolsters and pillows.
