Receive the full benefits of a salt cave session and a yoga class in one! Yin Yoga is a slower paced style of yoga in which the poses are held for a longer period of time in order to achieve a deeper stretch of the connective tissue, bones and joints. Helps to calm the mind and nervous system while maintaining emphasis on the breath and an inward focus. Through yoga, breathing is enhanced and therefor the benefits of the salt cave are enhanced.

Be Happy Salt Cave socks are worn and a mat is provided. Must register in advance!
