Welcome to our BE Silent Club!
This is not just a book club—it's a silent club. Once a month, come to the studio to enjoy an hour of quiet activities. Whether you prefer to read, color, knit, meditate, or even nap, this is your time to relax in silence.
Our intention is to gather on the last Tuesday of the month and enjoy a peaceful hour together.
Bring any book you'd like to read—graphic novels, audiobooks with headphones, and e-book readers are all welcome! Or, bring your favorite hobby supplies for coloring or knitting.
Give yourself permission to unwind and connect with a community of silent seekers just like you. There is no expectation to socialize for a few minutes afterwards unless that’s your thing.
This is a free event!

Yoga and massage therapy are two of the most popular wellness practices.
Be Pampered brings together restorative yoga and massage from a licensed massage therapist. Combining both practices as a way to help you unwind tension in your body and mind. They both aid in the reduction of stress, flexibility, and circulation. When they are utilized together, they can offer even more rest and rejuvenation.

Immerse yourself in this transformative sound bath, a meditative experience designed to promote deep relaxation, stress relief, and inner balance. We will start by connecting to our breath and move through a few gentle stretches. Then, we will lay down, get cozy, and listen to the soothing tones of singing bowls, gently preparing your body and mind for the deep resonance of the gong, which will be the primary instrument guiding your journey.
The gong has been used for thousands of years as a powerful tool for healing, meditation, and spiritual awakening. Originating in ancient Asia, gongs were traditionally played in ceremonies and therapeutic practices to restore harmony within the body and mind. In many cultures, the deep vibrations of the gong were believed to cleanse your energetic field, balance the chakras, and promote physical and emotional well-being. Today, this ancient practice continues to be revered for its ability to facilitate deep relaxation, expanded consciousness, and energetic alignment.
Disclaimer:
Gong sound baths are generally safe and deeply relaxing, but if you have sound sensitivity or any condition affected by strong auditory stimulation, consider your comfort level before attending. If you feel uncomfortable during the session, feel free to adjust, step out, or inform the facilitator.
