Our February Bootcamp class with Craig will take place Mondays from 10 to 10:45 am. The cost is $24 and includes 4 classes. Gym members get 40% off and only pay $14.40!

This class is perfect for anyone starting out, looking to get back into a fitness routine, or already active and looking for some new ideas and accountability!

The goal for this class is to focus on keeping workouts simple while developing healthy, sustainable fitness habits.

Craig's Monday and Thursday Bootcamp classes are separate signups. You may do one or the other or both!

Attendees must sign up for all 4 sessions. In the event that class is canceled due to winter weather, class will be made up at a later time. Class is limited to 11 participants.
