Breakfast Club Mat - April 2 X / Week

Commit to a regular mat work out every Monday and Wednesday for 25 minutes to start your morning right. This class is perfect way to access the workout from the convenience of your home, get your workout in before you have to rush off to your day. Join us for these 10 sessions in April 1 - May 1 to build a fitness habit and continue your fitness goals for 2024.

Students are encouraged to eat breakfast AFTER the mat workout ;)
