Empower your pregnant body and mind with prenatal yoga! In this 4-week series you will explore a diverse group of exercises to bring balance and strength to your daily life. You will learn howto bring awareness to your body and mind through strengthening and stretching, pelvic floor awareness, breathing exercises for birth and relaxation, vocal toning for connection to your body, visualization and deep relaxation. This series is taught by prenatal yoga instructor and trained doula, Allisson Butler-Kublanov.
