Beat the holiday chaos without the diet drama. “Sleigh the Season” is a simple, sustainable coaching series that helps you enjoy food, keep your energy steady, and start January feeling strong—not “starting over.”
Registration Process & Cost:
This program is $395 per person. POW! GYM members receive 20% off. The enrollment here confirms your spot in this series. Once payment is received, you will book the days and times for the group and one on one coaching sessions.

Weekly action targets you can actually do in real life (parties, travel, family dinners and all).
-
Accountability & support from a trusted coach and a like-minded group.
-
Templates & tools: simple meal ideas, grocery lists, holiday strategies, and a “quick wins” checklist.
You’ll learn how to

Build balanced plates fast (protein is the anchor).
-
Navigate parties without the all-or-nothing trap.
-
Snack smarter for energy and fewer cravings.
-
Plan 10-minute meals that work with a busy schedule.
-
Reset after “off” days—without guilt.
Perfect for:
Adults who want a realistic plan through December and January, who value progress over perfection, and who want to feel better in their body without counting every bite.
Format: 5 group sessions + 1 private coaching session (scheduled directly with your coach).
Timeline: Runs
through December &
January.
Drop-off opens at 8:00 AM with calm “wake-up” stations (lego/build, coloring, reading nook). At 9:00 AM the energy kicks in: speed & agility games, obstacle course, strength-for-kids circuits (safe bodyweight + bands), team relays, board games, art and brain-break moments (reading/quiet craft). When the schedule and weather allow—park adventures for fresh air and free play. Core programming wraps at 3:15 PM; pickup runs 3:15–4:00 PM.
What to pack: two snacks, a full lunch, water bottle, sweatshirt, a book, and weather-appropriate outdoor clothes (hat/gloves/rain jacket as needed).
Why kids love it (and parents do, too): a structured, high-fun day led by upbeat coaches, clear transitions, small-group stations, and tons of movement. Kids learn skills, burn energy, build confidence, and leave happy-tired—with new games they’ll want to play at home.
This clinic will focus on improving the mechanics of jumping and change of direction skills for basketball and volleyball players.
This event will breakdown jump and speed mechanics. Athletes will participate in a comprehenisve training program that will begin with our active dynamic warm up, lower limb/foot health and mobility, key movement mechanics and then progress to jump and speed training. Clinic will end with athletes participating in a mobility session.
Increase Motivation and Support. We hope to help foster a sense of camaraderie and accountability.
Improve Skill and Mechanics. Training will focus on Parisi Signature training methods to improve jumping, landing, agility, and speed.
