How does the waitlist work? If a class is full, you can join the waitlist When a spot opens, you’ll be automatically added and notified via email (make sure you're opted in to notifications) If added, you are responsible for attending or canceling within the 12-hour policy Within 12 hours of class, the waitlist will not auto-add you If a spot opens during that time, you must remove yourself from the waitlist and book manually Late Cancel + No Show 12-hour cancellation policy Class Count Memberships / Packs Late cancel: class is lost No show: $20 fee + class is lost Unlimited Memberships Late cancel: $15 fee No show: $20 fee No switching within 12 hours
