Gina started blending herbal teas back in 2020 to support the body against pathogens during the pandemic. Armed with the knowledge of essential oils, she blended fresh dried organic herbs along with the infused concentration of essential oils to support her immune system. The result was the birth of Grateful Alchemy!

Beginner Yoga Series with Nicole
Thursdays (5/7, 5/14, 5/21, 5/28, 6/4, 6/11)

*6-week series - Individual session may be booked here with your membership, class card or single class option.
Interested in starting a yoga practice but don't know where to begin?
This series will start you off with the basics of Hatha Yoga. It is designed to establish a strong foundation for developing a rewarding yoga practice. Students will be introduced to and led through a variety of yoga poses, breathing techniques, and guided meditations.
This empowers students with the confidence to know which types of classes are best for them to seek after the 6-week series concludes.
