HYROX PFT @ STAY GOLD

The HYROX PFT (Physical Fitness Test) @ STAY GOLD is an event designed to create a fun, high-energy community experience that gives participants an introduction to the HYROX Brand and Fitness Race concept. The workout is a globally uniform fitness test designed for all members of HYROX Affiliated Gyms. The HYROX PFT is a great indicator of the level of fitness of all participants and will help determine which division participants should take part in during HYROX Main Events.

 

HYROX PFT- The Physical Fitness Test explained in detail:
All movements are meant to be done in order and the score is for time. All reps or full distance must be
completed before moving on to the next movement.
