As yoga students, we recognize the benefits of the yoga practice as adults, what if we can change the world by introducing the practice to our future generation. Our goal is to spread this knowledge, useful tools and lifelong lessons at a young age. This is a great opportunity to introduce yoga into your child’s world. We will discuss yoga basics, read books, play with movement, yoga games, breath and chanting.
The Quarterly Wellness Circle will embrace the serenity of the season during a time of rejuvenation, connection, and self-discovery. Each Circle will include an informational focus on one branch of the Wellness Wheel, a time of setting seasonal intentions, while gaining a fresh perspective from the collective.
The Wellness Wheel serves as a holistic framework for assessing and enhancing overall well-being by identifying areas of strength and areas for improvement in each dimension. It promotes a balanced approach to health and wellness by recognizing the interconnectedness of different aspects of life.
