The Heart’s Quiet Journey: Embracing Grief and Finding Peace
Grief is a constant companion—a wave that shifts, ebbs, and flows as we lose people, pets, experiences, or even parts of ourselves. It is not something to avoid or fix, but a force to be felt, honored, and understood. This workshop is a gentle, compassionate space to explore grief, connect with its many layers, and allow it to move through you without judgment.
Guided by Hope Chovan, Clinical Hypnotherapist
With nearly five years of experience in hospice care, I have walked
alongside people and families through the profound experiences of
loss and transition. As a Clinical Hypnotherapist, I guide
individuals in embracing their grief, exploring their emotions, and
discovering gentle ways to release and heal. Grief is not something
to “fix”—it is a journey to be honored, one that teaches us about
love, resilience, and the depths of our own humanity.
Through guided imagery, reflective exercises, and mindful release, you will connect deeply with your emotions, discover understanding, and step toward peace. This intimate workshop is limited to 10 participants, ensuring personal attention and a safe, nurturing environment.
Come as you are, bring your openness, and leave having honored your grief, felt its depths, and discovered a gentle path toward peace. Reserve your place today and step into a space that honors your heart.

iContact the tactile tech opera is an interactive ceremonial performance piece exploring human relationships with our bodies, technologies and ecologies.
The piece is one of both minimalism and eccentricity, with a hybrid digital/live simple and intergalactic soundscape.
The dystopian future arrives and our pet robots, aka phones, have grown larger than (real) Life. iPhone A Million And Eleven dangles heavy from the arm, and people have not looked at each other for well over a decade. Until some“thing” unexpected arrives on the planet to dissolve the numbness epidemic and re awaken human Beings to (their) Nature.
This is an immersive performance, where movement and sound come together for a uniquely transformative experience.
The role as audience member is quickly shifted to performer throughout as the 7 performers hold space for audience members to co-create collective choreography & a collaborative choir throughout the 7 acts.
Audience members are asked to wear all black, and expect to leave their shoes to the side of the space. There is also a Pet Robot Lounge for participants to put their phones at the start of the show.
We look forward to being in this expansive space with you.
The class will include an active yet accessible yoga flow suitable for beginners and those returning to their practice. Through mindful movement, breath, and gentle guidance, participants will be invited to build strength, release tension, and cultivate presence.
This session emphasizes community and personal grounding rather than perfection in poses. All experience levels are welcome, and modifications will be encouraged so each participant can move in a way that feels supportive for their body.
Following the flow, participants may transition into our Women’s Circle for reflection, conversation, and connection in a safe and encouraging environment.
Drop It Like It’s Sacred:
Old School Beats • New Soul Flow
An Ecstatic Dance Journey
What if the songs that once pulled you out of yourself… could now bring you deeper in?
This is your invitation to step back into the music that raised you. The 90’s and 2000’s hip hop and R&B that lived in your body, your memories, your late nights, your younger self, and meet it again from a new place. This is about FUN!
No substances. No performance. No expectations.
Just a room full of humans, moving.
We’ll begin by grounding into the body and setting intention, then slowly open the space into a full ecstatic dance journey set to throwback beats you know and love. As the music builds, you’re invited to let go of how you think you “should” move and instead follow sensation, memory, and rhythm, allowing your past and present selves to meet on the dance floor.
This is about reclamation. Reintegration. And remembering that joy, expression, and freedom have always belonged to you. Come as you are. Move how you feel. Drop into what’s sacred.
