our shadow for a clue. Expect loud TOOL frequencies, all level yoga
and breathwork (even “newbies” are welcome), trippy lights and

In this introduction to dreams workshop you'll discover, symbols, themes, and the science of dreams. Together, we'll dip into the dream pool- uncover personalized symbols, connect to colors, and confidently journal dreams with ease.

Step into the powerful energy of the New Moon in Aries, a cosmic reset that marks the true beginning of a new energetic cycle.
We'll begin with New Moon intention setting, gentle breathwork, and guided meditation to help you fully arrive in your body. You'll then receive group sound and Reiki healing with Reiki Masters Jenny Rigney and Kendall Reiter - blending collective energy work with individual Reiki and tuning fork healing. We'll close with a crystal sound bath to support deep integration and relaxation.

Qigong & Breathwork for Nervous System Balance
Stress is often talked about as something we “just live with,” but chronic stress is one of the biggest contributors to nervous system imbalance and long-term health challenges. The body experiences stress from many directions — posture imbalances, emotional patterns, environmental input, and even the way we breathe. When stress load exceeds what the nervous system can regulate, we begin to feel it physically, mentally, and energetically.
This powerful and practical workshop will guide you through how the body’s electrical communication systems — including Traditional Chinese Medicine meridians, the fascial network, and our bioelectric field — work together to regulate nervous system function and overall vitality.
You’ll learn how accumulated stress from physical tension patterns and mindset habits can increase load on the central nervous system, and how using the 7 keys to vitality including intentional movement, breathwork, and visualization can help restore regulation, resilience, and energetic balance.
Drawing from years of experience as both a neuromuscular therapist and Qigong instructor, Gwyn will also share how hands-on therapeutic work combined with energy cultivation practices can support deep nervous system restoration.
During this workshop, we will explore:
- How TCM meridians, fascia, and bioelectric signaling influence nervous system communication
- The connection between posture, emotional stress, and Central Nervous System load
- The 7 Keys to Vitality
- Qigong movements for regulating and strengthening nervous system function
- Guided breathwork practices
- Visualization techniques to support nervous system rewiring and regulation

Gwyn is the founder of Mind and Body Fitness Connections, co-founder of Ecstatic Dance OKC, and she serves on the board of Radiant Healing Arts Center. A wellness coach and Qigong teacher, Gwyn helps clients and students navigate both physical and emotional pain, including mental health challenges, PTSD, and addiction recovery. With training in biopsychology, corrective exercise, bodywork, mindfulness, and food healing, Gwyn blends movement, manual therapy, nutrition, creativity, and spirituality to support holistic healing, balance, and alignment with one’s higher purpose.
