Fall is upon us. It is time to reach deep within and lay the
foundation for new
beginnings through creating new patterns for growth. Understanding
and
applying the Four Foundations of Mindfulness is essential in
sustaining a
meditation practice. With such practices we cultivate inner wisdom
and
disciplines creating compassion, peace, and joy. Thus, enabling us
to be happy,
healthy, and free.
In this class, we will explore the definition and applications
of
Mindfulness as a meditation practice. Then, we will dive into the
Four
Foundations of Mindfulness: Mindfulness of Body, Mindfulness of
Emotions,
Mindfulness of Thought, and Mindfulness of Phenomena (Mind States).
Each Class

Join us for a 2.5-hour ceremonial breathwork journey devoted to women’s anatomy, energy, and embodied wisdom. This experience is designed for those with prior breathwork experience who feel called to explore the intimate connection between the chakras and the female body.
Together, we will move through a guided practice that honors the unique architecture of the feminine form—from the root to the crown—awakening breath, energy, and awareness in each center. Through this deep inner work, participants are invited to uncover, release, and restore their connection to self in a space held with reverence and care.
Because this offering focuses on women’s anatomy, we want to acknowledge that gender identity and anatomy do not always align. This event is held in respect and inclusion, while also centering a practice that specifically engages female physiology.
We will close with a light, grounding soup shared in community to integrate and gently return from the work.
