The TOOL Yoga & Breathwork Experience: Change is coming in
the Shadow. Join Nicole for another chance to witness the beauty
and bathe in the fountain with yoga and breathwork. Get ready to
ride the spiral ’til the end. We will dig and pick and crawl into
our shadow for a clue. Expect loud TOOL frequencies, all level yoga
and breathwork (even “newbies” are welcome), trippy lights and
effects. Forty six and two are just ahead of you.

Shadow Integration Workshop
Within each of us lives a shadow — the unseen, unspoken, and
unhealed parts of our psyche that shape our thoughts and behaviors.
This 2-hour immersive workshop uses quantum hypnosis as the gateway
for deep shadow integration, helping you meet these hidden parts of
yourself with curiosity and compassion while discovering the wisdom
they hold.
Guided by CeCe, a Quantum Hypnotherapist and PhD student of
Metaphysical Sciences, this experience offers a safe and supportive
space to journey within. Through CeCe’s intuitive guidance and deep
understanding of the subconscious mind, participants are gently led
toward self-awareness, emotional release, and the reintegration of
the shadow into conscious harmony.

at Be Love Yoga Studio! Experience the joy of rhythm, connection,
and self-expression through group drumming. No experience needed.
Just bring your hands, an open heart, and your sense of
groove.
