Pranayama is the yogic practice of breath control through breathing exercises, and is a preparatory practice for meditation. In this class, you’ll be guided through a sequence of breathing exercises, woven together with creative visualization and concentration techniques. Benefits of Pranayama include increased mental focus and clarity, stress and anxiousness regulation, and tuning in to the subtle energy of the body.

The Big Om Yoga Retreat was created to bring the local yoga community together for a fun and deep weekend of yoga, workshops and connection. We intentionally keep the schedule light to allow lots of time to hang out and enjoy each others presence. More free time creates more organic experiences that can't happen with a tight schedule.
Open up your heart and let go of what is holding you back. Who are you really? Who do you want to be? We want to create a retreat that will help you break through anything holding you back. The Fall retreat theme is “Letting Go” just as the trees are letting go of their leaves, so will we let go of what no longer serves us.
Located in Sand Springs, Ok, Three Ponds Community was birthed from ideas that manifested from the Big Om Yoga Retreats. This is a very special location and spaces will be limited to just 30 people for a more intimate retreat expereince.
Camping/Commuting: This Fall retreat does not include lodging so bring your tent and camping gear or sleep in your own bed at home and drive back and forth! There are outdoor compost toilets and an outdoor shower available for you to use.

The TOOL Yoga & Breathwork Experience: Change is coming in
the Shadow. Join Nicole for another chance to witness the beauty
and bathe in the fountain with yoga and breathwork. Get ready to
ride the spiral ’til the end. We will dig and pick and crawl into
our shadow for a clue. Expect loud TOOL frequencies, all level yoga
and breathwork (even “newbies” are welcome), trippy lights and
effects. Forty six and two are just ahead of you.

We are going to explore what love means and what being a conscious partners means.
Join us for a change in paradigm of what love is, reconnect with your life partner, take some time to see your person again, we get so busy with life we lose some connection.
