Still Waters: A Journey Through Yin & Reiki with Tracey & Katrina

Sink into serenity with Still Waters, a deeply nourishing 2-hour workshop guided by Tracey Coleman and Katrina Cantu. This sacred space blends the stillness of Yin Yoga, the gentle power of Reiki, the grounding of breathwork, and the vibrational magic of a closing sound bath.

You’ll be guided through a meditative Yin sequence by Tracey, supported by intuitive hands-on and distance Reiki from both Tracey and Katrina. As your body melts into stillness, Katrina will lead you through conscious breathwork practices to deepen your connection to the present moment, and close the experience with a deeply restorative sound bath to soothe your nervous system and seal in the healing.

What to Expect:

  • Yin Yoga led by Tracey: Long, supported postures designed to open the body and access deep energetic release.

  • Reiki Energy Healing intuitively shared by both Katrina & Tracey throughout the practice.

  • Breathwork guided by Katrina to anchor you into your body and breath.

  • Sound Bath led by Katrina using healing frequencies to bring balance and calm.


This workshop is ideal for anyone needing to slow down, recharge, and reconnect—no experience with Reiki or yoga is necessary. Just bring yourself, an open heart, and a willingness to receive.

Breath & Sound Medicine Workshop with Katrina

This workshop is an invitation to come home to your highest self. Together, we’ll begin with guided pranayama (breath practices) to clear the mind, open the body, and awaken your inner energy. From there, you’ll be guided into an extended savasana, where Katrina will immerse you in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and gong.

The journey shifts brainwaves from Beta — the state of stress, worry, and activity — into Theta, the realm between waking and dreaming, where deep relaxation, restoration, and inner peace reside. This process is profoundly calming and can support emotional balance, mental clarity, and physical healing. Come with an open heart, comfortable clothing, and a willingness to rest deeply. You’ll leave feeling nourished, renewed, and at ease.

Join Shaunna Sutcliffe, Holistic Yoga Therapeutic Coach, for a conversation about the skeletal and muscular structures of the Pelvis and Lower back region. Our discussion will revolve around the practices of yoga, massage, and various exercises aimed at maintaining the strength and well-being of these areas.
 
Each student will receive an assessment and plan for their own body before leaving. We will discuss common injuries and concerns. (Please note that this workshop is not intended as medical guidance, it's important to consult your healthcare provider before engaging in any physical activities.)

Ecstatic Yoga

Shaunna will lead you through a gentle warm-up yoga practice, bringing you into standing movements.

Once standing, we will explore more traditional yoga movements, as well as movements from practices such as tai chi. Then we will begin to tie in light dance movements guided by the teacher.

Then the music will turn on and the talking will be minimal for 20 minutes. We will just dance our hearts out! Then we will enjoy along Savasana at the end of practice with a lavender towel on our forehead, and a short sound healing at the end!
