We are excited to bring this training to our community, and it will include a fusion of vinyasa, hatha and yin, along with anatomy, yoga philosophy, and history, breathwork and functional yoga and more.

Tracy will be leading the training and Adam will be co leading. We will have a few other teachers pop in for specific subjects during the training to mix it up and keep it interesting!

Training consist of 11 Modules beginning September 11th and ending November 22nd.

The schedule will begin with Friday eve, all day Saturday and Sunday and then alternate the next week to Thursday eve, all day Friday and Saturday.
