Ready to take your swimming beyond the pool? This 4-week open water swim clinic is designed for swimmers looking to build confidence and skill in open water environments. Whether you're training for a triathlon or preparing for your first open water swim event, this clinic will help you transition safely and effectively.
Each one-hour session begins with a short on-land discussion covering key topics like sighting, pacing, entry/exit strategies, gear recommendations, and safety techniques. You'll then put those skills into practice with a coached group swim in a variety of open water settings — including both salt water and fresh water.
Requirements:
-
Must be able to swim at least 300 yards continuously in a pool
-
This is not a learn-to-swim clinic
-
Swim buoy, goggles, and a bright swim cap are required
-
Wetsuits are encouraged
Led by experienced open water coaches, each session includes water safety support with at least two guides on paddleboards to lead and trail the group.
Small Group Training (4:1 Coaching Experience)
Train with the focus of private coaching and the energy of a small team. Sessions are 60 minutes twice per week for a 4-week commitment and are limited to 4 participants. You’ll work on full-body strength and mobility in Studio B using our full range of equipment and weights.
Workouts are programmed in Everfit, where you’ll track sets, reps, weight, and time. Your progress will be graphed so you can see improvements over the 4 weeks.
Sessions only run if all 4 participants are registered. Because this is a 4-week commitment, cancellations aren’t allowed, but you can complete any workout on your own through the Everfit app if you can’t attend in person.
Focused coaching, structured programming, and measurable results — this is strength training done the BESPOKE way.
