Mat Pilates Sculpt
This is a 40 min Mat Pilates fusion class with Sculpt features. Focusing on strength, total body alignment, and flexibility. This class is for all fitness levels from beginner to advanced. Bring your mat and water to get you through the workout. (There are mats to use if you don't have one!) Classes include props like a small ball, magic circle, and weights. -Don't forget to invite a friend!
