Through eight immersive weekends, you’ll study alignment and biomechanics, breath and subtle body, sequencing and teaching methodology, along with yoga philosophy, mantra, and the devotional practices of bhakti yoga. Our program balances rigor with compassion, giving you the skills and confidence to lead safe, effective, and heartfelt classes.
Graduates leave prepared to register as an RYT-200 with Yoga Alliance, and more importantly, to live and teach yoga as a holistic lifestyle — on and off the mat.
