During the Courageous Heart Cacao Ceremony, incorporate the healing medicine of ceremonial cacao with a powerful mindfulness technique to transform negativity into positivity for the benefit of yourself and others.
During the ceremony, you'll:
• Sip ceremonial-grade cacao.
• Enjoy a simple yoga sequence to open the heart and boost courage.
• Practice Tonglen mindfulness technique to transform negative experiences, thoughts and emotions into positive blessings.
Ceremonial cacao brings calm energy to the body and mind, opens the heart and increases blood flow. Cacao can initiate healing of past traumas and stuck patterns. It also creates interpersonal connection when enjoyed with a group.
Tonglen is a mindfulness technique of “taking and sending” that cultivates courage and compassion. The practitioner takes in the suffering of another person, transforms that suffering into healing energy and sends that healing back to the suffering person. Offering healing to others, the practitioner also receives healing. Cacao can potently catalyze this healing practice.
Note: Ceremonial grade cacao is vegan and dairy free, but does contain caffeine.
