morning practice.
This intensive will offer direct, methodical teaching grounded in
precision, alignment, and consistency.
We’ll focus on foundational poses—standing, seated, and supported—as taught in the Iyengar method. Perfect for students new to Iyengar Yoga or those wanting to reconnect with the roots of the practice.

In order to receive notifications from the studio including your zoom links and class recordings, you must be signed up for notifications. You can find this setting in your account, select My Profile, and click the Notifications tab. Under notifications make sure you have schedule and reminders, account management and news and updates set to “ON.” If you have them on and still do not receive notifications you need to check your junk mail account.
