Parkour originated from France as a discipline in movement. The basic principle of Parkour is getting from one point to another point in the most effective way possible. Participants use their surroundings and their bodies to propel themselves over, under, and around objects. Our classes aim to teach Parkour in a safe and controlled environment.

Classes are open to boys and girls aged 11 - 13yrs of age.
