- How to use a birth ball and peanut ball to naturally speed up the birthing process.
- Massage techniques to stay connected throughout labor, relax and relieve tension, and encourage contractions.
- Ways to support both partners in connecting to their new baby and each other during labor, birth and the fourth trimester.
Expect to be up and moving around with your partner for a hands-on, kinesthetic experience.

Couples who are expecting their second or subsequent child may find this a useful class, especially if they are unable to attend our Childbirth Prep Refresher class. Please note: due to the intimate nature of childbirth classes, children are not permitted to attend. |
