This workshop includes a 30 minute safe and gentle yoga flow specially designed for postpartum
healing and recovery. You will also learn how to screen for perinatal mental health disorders and
find support, activate your core and check for diastasis recti, and gain tools to relieve sore and
tight muscles from feeding and carrying a baby.
1. Offer a safe and supportive place to explore movement following childbirth.
2. Address and relieve aches, tightness, and soreness associated with labor, birth,
postpartum healing, and newborn care.
3. Emphasize rest and recovery as a path to a strong and vibrant relationship with your body,
rather than ways to “bounce back”.
