- How to use a birth ball and peanut ball to naturally speed up the birthing process.
- Massage techniques to stay connected throughout labor, relax and relieve tension, and encourage contractions.
- Ways to support both partners in connecting to their new baby and each other during labor, birth and the fourth trimester.
Expect to be up and moving around with your partner for a hands-on, kinesthetic experience.

OVERVIEW
Designed for new parents at least 6-8 weeks postpartum. Reconnect
with your body after birthing
your baby and transitioning into your new life. Targeted breath
work, a gentle yoga flow, and a
unique self-care plan will physically and emotionally support you
through your first year of
parenthood.
This workshop includes a 30 minute safe and gentle yoga flow
specially designed for postpartum
healing and recovery. You will also learn how to screen for
perinatal mental health disorders and
find support, activate your core and check for diastasis recti, and
gain tools to relieve sore and
tight muscles from feeding and carrying a baby.
GOALS
1. Offer a safe and supportive place to explore movement following
childbirth.
2. Address and relieve aches, tightness, and soreness associated
with labor, birth,
postpartum healing, and newborn care.
3. Emphasize rest and recovery as a path to a strong and vibrant
relationship with your body,
rather than ways to “bounce back”.
