Lie back and relax as you are guided into a peaceful state as a group. Each person will receive some intuitively guided individual attention (hands on or distance). We often have some insightful conversation before and after the session, so you have the opportunity to set intentions and ask questions.
No experience is necessary. We have everything you need, but please feel free to bring your favorite comfort items (blanket, pillow, etc.,) or anything you would like to have receive and hold the energy (crystals, jewelry, etc.) Please register by 2:00 pm on the day of class so I can prepare the space and materials.
