Rest and Relax during this group experience. Holy Fire® Reiki is a gentle and powerful energy that can help support healing, empowerment, and guidance. It’s not only restful, but leaves many with feelings of positivity, peace, and happiness.

Lie back and relax as you are guided into a peaceful state as a group. Each person will receive some intuitively guided individual attention (hands on or distance). We often have some insightful conversation before and after the session, so you have the opportunity to set intentions and ask questions.
No experience is necessary. We have everything you need, but please feel free to bring your favorite comfort items (blanket, pillow, etc.,) or anything you would like to have receive and hold the energy (crystals, jewelry, etc.) Please register by 2:00 pm on the day of class so I can prepare the space and materials. If there are no sign-ups by that time, class may be cancelled for the evening.
If attending in person isn’t possible, this session can also be received from home via Zoom by prior arrangement. Please email me by 2:00 pm on the day of class so I can prepare accordingly.

Gentle Yoga + Deep Rest: Practicing Kindness is an extended workshop that weaves gentle yoga, breathwork, guided rest, and quiet reflection with simple teachings on kindness as a living practice.
We'll explore how kindness comes to life - not as a rule to follow, but as a practice we return to again and again. Together, we’ll look at how care, restraint, and compassion can be practiced both on and off the mat, in ways that feel realistic, embodied, and sustainable.
This workshop includes gentle movement, mindful breathing, guided deep relaxation, and time for personal reflection. All levels are welcome, and no prior experience is required.

Each session is unique - featuring one or more calming practices like Yoga Nidra, guided meditation, soothing visualizations, relaxing breathing exercises, or sound bath.
These gentle, soul-nourishing sessions are designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and restore your inner balance. Deep relaxation can improve sleep, ease anxiety, boost clarity, and leave you feeling lighter and more grounded.
