Treat yourself to a 30 minute meditation with mother cacao, leading into an hour long deeply relaxing sound healing. Cacao is vibrationally healing for the heart and each month we will hold a different intention for you to connect with. By connecting to both cacao and the vibration of sound healing, we can connect to the heart at a deep, yet gentle, level.
Feel free to bring your own comfort items (favorite blanket, pillow, etc.) and if you would like, any small crystals or spiritual tools that you would like to have near you. They will be accept the vibration and clearing energy of the sound healing! Bring your journal if you would like to note any ideas, thoughts, or insights that come up for you during the ceremony.

With Bobbie Ellis
“It has never been more important than when the world is troubled to tend your own creative life with mystery and form, magic and purpose…..sweat and heart” ———Bobbie Ellis
In this multi level holistic movement class we will explore many levels of creativity in movement to global music. Bobbie creates a safe container to express yourself, and gain skills in embodied movements that will help you to live a more authentic life in touch with deeper aspects of self.
The class begins slow and it builds in a bell curve coming down to rest deeply and harvest the gems of movement at the end. We encourage bare feet or clean shoes.
- Physical strength, flexibility, mobility, and function
- Emotional creative radiance
- Mental clarity and resourcing
- Spiritual shining out
- Coasting the edge of the mystery
Please come well hydrated and ready for multi level movement. Class is self-paced and suitable for everyone.
