This intense three hour workshop is designed to help you connect to your core more thoroughly by utilizing your Pilates breath. Breathing is a fundamental principal in Pilates. The focus and purpose of breathing well with Pilates is important to isolate your abdominal muscles and pelvic floor. The breathing helps you relax tight, tense muscles and help your mind focus on the body. It is vital for core activation, enhancing endurance, promoting fasciae release and improving hydration. Further, it is essential for oblique and transverse abdominis connection, which promotes strength building, manage pain, lower heart rate, improve brain function and increase oxygen levels.
