Intro to Pole Dance: Level 1 Series (February)

If you’ve always wanted to try pole dance and are ready to commit, this series is for you! If you’ve taken a couple of beginner pole classes but you want to get serious about moving up, then sign up! This 4 week series is designed for absolute beginners or current level 1 students who want a more personalized and expedited advancement through the level 1 curriculum. Each week we’ll introduce foundational skills and sequences with tips on how to train them. We’ll develop your pole vocabulary, skin tolerance, body awareness and strength so you have the framework and confidence to advance to the next level. Level 2 here you come!

No pole experience necessary! All are welcome.

Heels optional; yoga mat and knee pads/leg warmers recommended

This Valentine’s Day season, turn up the heat and celebrate self-love, confidence, and connection with our Writhe & Grind lap dance workshop! Designed for all levels—from total beginners to seasoned movers—this playful and empowering session will guide you through the art of sensual movement and lap dance choreography in a supportive, judgment-free environment.

You’ll learn how to blend sultry floorwork, teasing transitions, and body language to create an unforgettable performance—whether you’re dancing to celebrate yourself, to surprise a partner, or simply to have fun and feel amazing in your own skin.

This workshop focuses on confidence, creativity, and body positivity. We’ll break down technique, explore musicality, and build a short routine perfect for Valentine’s Day vibes. Come dressed in something that makes you feel fabulous—heels and a top that can easily be peeled off are optional! Concludes with a champagne & chocolate toast.

Join Shannon in this 3 hour special monthly edition of Slow Flow! An opportunity to further your freestyle practice, deepen your understanding of your movement, play with freestyle prompts and personalized assignments.

Open level but some experience with Slow Flow or freestyle dance is recommended.

Knee pads always recommended. Packing lists will be provided before each class and will vary based on theme and personal journey.
