This class is for those adults who are NOT comfortable in the water. They have never explored swimming and are nervous about putting their face in. We will walk you through holding your hand slowly at a speed you are comfortable. After 1 session you should be floating, gliding and moving through the water comfortably. Don't wait any longer!
