This nourishing New Year’s Day practice will start with a gentle yet energizing Vinyasa flow, designed to awaken the body, clear stagnant energy, and help you set mindful intentions for the year ahead. Expect smooth transitions, conscious breath, and space to move at your own pace.
We’ll then melt into a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra, a guided yogic sleep that allows the nervous system to fully reset. As you rest, you’ll be invited to plant a sankalpa (heart-felt intention) for the year ahead, supporting clarity, healing, and inner alignment.
This class is perfect if you’re craving a grounded, meaningful way to welcome the new year—balanced, calm, and connected.

This New Year Women’s Circle is a warm, supportive gathering designed to help you reflect on the year you’ve lived, gently release what no longer serves you, and create a vision for the year ahead that feels aligned, realistic, and nourishing.
We’ll begin with grounding breathwork and guided reflection, followed by a vision board experience focused on how you want to feel—not pressure, perfection, or hustle. The afternoon will include journaling, creative expression, and the opportunity to connect with other women in a safe, welcoming space.
No experience is needed. This is not about manifesting more—it’s about choosing what matters and honouring where you are right now.
