What is Puppy Yoga at Bridgewater yoga? Well it is essentially just yoga, but with sweet little pups by your side. We take time with them to play, nurture, soothe and get silly with helping them to regulate which helps US to regulate. This class is trauma informed, safe for puppies and students and done with the utmost care for all. AND there are proven studies that just 10 minutes with a dog/pup can significantly impact your mood by reducing stress levels. When this puppy-powered mood boost is coupled with yoga, your body and mind feel amazing!
And let’s not forget the benefits for our puppy pals too! It’s wonderful for them to feel some love and have some human interaction and it helps with their development. Any puppy that will be growing up within a family environment will need plenty of practice around people, so puppy yoga is amazing for them.
