In this two-hour Arm Balance Workshop, you’ll explore the foundations of safe, strong, and accessible arm balancing through mindful, step-by-step practice. We’ll break down how to engage the core, stabilize the shoulders, prepare the wrists, and use breath as a steady guide into lift-off. You’ll be supported as we work through Crow, Side Crow, Flying Pigeon, and Eight-Limb Pose, along with playful, beginner-friendly variations such as funky crow, baby grasshopper, and flying lizard—always with options and encouragement to meet your body where it is.
More than just shapes, arm balances become a practice of trust and awareness. Each pose invites you to balance effort with ease, courage with softness, and strength with curiosity. You’ll leave with practical tools, renewed confidence, and a lighter, more playful relationship to going upside down—on the mat and beyond.
