You’ll move through gentle, supported poses designed to calm the nervous system and release tension, while receiving Reiki — a subtle energy healing technique to support balance and deep rest.

This class is all about slowing down and allowing yourself to receive. No experience with yoga or Reiki needed, just bring yourself!
