200 Hour Teacher Training Information Session

Do you long to learn more about yoga, on and off the mat? Do you want to deepen your own practice and transform your life? Do you want to add yoga teacher to your list of qualifications?
 

You can complete your training in one of two ways depending on your lifestyle, budget and needs:

  • 12 week Intensive program - get it done all at once (Summer Session starts June 1, 2025)
  • 1-3 years Extended program - study at your own pace (Summer Session starts June 6-8, 2025)

Both programs have the same comprehensive curriculum, experienced faculty, ongoing mentorship, and strong community.

Deep Rest for Uncertain Times

Yogas chitta vritti nirodha as stated in the Yoga Sutras defines yoga simply as the restraint of the changes in our thoughts. While we might think of yoga as a Warrior II pose or sitting in meditation, these are tools we can use to create that yogic state of stopping the mind-stuff, but in times where the world or our personal lives feel heavy, it is difficult to maintain use of these tools.

This 2-hour workshop aims to provide you a space to create a setting of constructive rest for yourself through a discussion on yoga philosophy and its everyday applications, gentle movement, mindfulness, and meditation. Each tool we use will be explored in a way in which to reflect on how it can be applied in our everyday lives and will be approached through a beginner's mindset. You will walk away from this workshop with tools that you've identified as ones that work for you to help you find deep rest even in a world and life that feels uncertain.
