After we have rolled out, we follow up with relaxing yin poses to continue the relaxation we have achieved so far. You will leave this workshop as if you had just gotten a massage!
I do supply tennis balls or you are welcome to bring your own. At least one tennis ball (or the equivalent size and/or density) though two balls are ideal.

A Pre-Ski Season Conditioning Series
$15/class or $96 for series of 8 (20% savings)
An 8-week progressive pre-ski program to bring you from a beginner fitness level to preparation for your return to the slopes. Our focus will be on improving your leg & core strength, along with your balance, flexibility, and agility.

those who have completed physical therapy for an injury and have been cleared by a medical professional to resume regular activity.
As we begin to move into the darkest part of the year, help yourself find stillness and balance through a practice of Yin, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra. Each of these practices supports us as we journey to find balance, relaxation, and rest even when it comes with a little bit of resistance or effort. It is in this space of stillness that we do our greatest healing.
Finding the space for our anxiety, fight/flight response, insomnia, and angst to lessen, the journey begins gently. Using the breath and minimal movement as we move into total relaxation. Moving from Yin Yoga to Restorative Yoga allows the parasympathetic nervous system to take a break as it begins to settle into a more harmonious state. As we end our time together with a Yoga Nidra, we give the body, mind, and soul a place to find some healing in the most gentle way so we can navigate this season of change with steadiness and ease.

Each day our instructors will theme their classes around the corresponding chakra, starting at the root to get you grounded and ending with the crown to leave you feeling a sense of connection and purpose.
