This class is designed to improve cardiovascular fitness while building total body strength to enhance movement health for your daily life through the use of bodyweight and light dumbells.
A one hour 1-on-1 consultation with the Wellness Center Registered Dietician will be individually scheduled during the week of March 25th.
Please set aside every Tuesday from 4:30 - 6:30pm from April 2nd thru June 11th.The two hour weekly class meetings will begin on April 2nd consisting of nutrition and lifestyle education, as well as group exercise workouts.
