You will gain essential knowledge and work with your partner to create a customized Postpartum Care Plan that incorporates how to manage sleep, feeding, meal preparation, visitors, essential self-care, and more. Additional topics that will be covered in the class include: what to expect at the hospital, physical recovery for both Cesarean and vaginal birth, bonding with baby, postpartum mental health and wellness, pelvic health, and fitness.
This class should be taken prenatally between 24-36 weeks and partners are encouraged to join!
One registration includes both the birthing parent and their partner or support person.
