Join Jessica to learn about our amazing 200hr Teacher Training Program. This is an immersive educational journey for practitioners and yoga teachers. This course is deeply rooted in the foundations of traditional yoga teachings and will guide students into the depths of finding balance and knowledge with yoga. You will emerge from this program with a depth of understanding of yoga theory, philosophy, technique, adaptations and modalities to support finding balance amid the turmoils of modern living.

Kids Mindfulness Summer Camp (Ages 6-11) — 4 Days of Calm, Creativity & Connection
Give your child the gift of mindfulness this summer with our engaging 4-day camp designed especially for kids aged 6 to 11. Through fun, hands-on activities, gentle movement, and creative expression, children will learn simple mindfulness skills that help them feel calm, focused, and emotionally aware.
Each day, campers will explore mindful breathing, sensory awareness, emotional understanding, and kindness—all in a joyful and supportive environment. Our program encourages kids to connect with their senses, recognize their feelings, and develop compassion for themselves and others. Through games, stories, art, and movement, mindfulness becomes a natural and enjoyable part of their daily lives.
Whether your child is new to mindfulness or already curious, this camp offers practical tools to manage stress, improve concentration, and nurture a positive mindset—skills that last far beyond summer.

Light & Consciousness Awakening
Join us for a special 90-minute Kundalini Yoga class in honor of the Summer Solstice — the longest, most luminous day of the year.
On June 20th at 3:00 pm, we will gather to honor the light within and around us through a rich, all-levels practice that weaves together kriya, pranayama, mantra, chanting, meditation, and deep relaxation. This class is designed to awaken your highest consciousness, expand your radiance, and send you into the season rooted in your own inner light.
