Join us for a 60-minute walking tour of the Labor & Delivery and Postpartum units at Capital Health Medical Center - Hopewell. We will take you on the footpath that you will follow during your stay. This is an opportunity to see the facility, have your questions answered by a Childbirth Educator, and gain a tangible understanding of your stay as a patient at Capital Health.
Space is limited to six registrants and their respective support people. If you have more than one support person, the additional person will need to register separately.
Important note for doulas: If you would like to attend a tour, but are not accompanying a client, please contact Krista Gervon at childbirthed@capitalhealth.org or 609-303-4139 to schedule a private or group tour.
If you have older children, we strongly encourage you to arrange for childcare while you're on your tour. Our units can become very busy, so for their safety and the safety of our newest babies, patients, and staff, we cannot accommodate children on maternity tours. Thank you for your cooperation!
Participation in our Preparing for Birth class, is highly encouraged to further inform your understanding of the labor and delivery process.
