Join us for a 2 day hands on, interactive assisting workshop covering optimal alignment and powerful assisting.

Over the 2 day course we will cover the alignment of the CPY power yoga sequence, and the powerful assists that can level up a person's practice. You will not only learn to give effective assists, but you will also grow your own personal practice to a deeper level.

This workshop is open to anyone with at least 6 months of power yoga experience.
